The Chinese Baby Gender Prediction Calendar Chart of Ching Dynasty was revealed in Taiwanese newspaper in 1972. It said that the paper of Ching dynasty's Baby Gender Calendar Chart disappeared in Emperor's Summer Resort, after Ching Dynasty lost battle with Eight-Nation Alliance in 1900. The paper was sent to British. Since the original paper is written in Manchu language. After translation, the King of British kept it as treasure. Later, the paper appeared in Austria. One Chinese scholar saw it, copied the content, brought it back to Taiwan and published in the newspaper.

Since then, this Baby Gender Prediction Chart is posted in Chinese Farmer's Almanac books every year. People did the survey in the hospital's delivery room in Taiwan. They said that the Chinese Baby Gender Prediction Chart has very astounding accurate rate.

The other doubtful story circulating in the Internet is the Chinese Gender Prediction Chart was found in a tomb of loyal family of Ching Dynasty. The chart was estimated around 700 hundred years old. The other rumor said the paper was found in the underground storage room of Forbidden City of Ching Dynasty. The chart was deduced from the theory of Yin Yang, Five Elements (Metal, Water, Wood, Fire and Earth) and Pa Kua (Eight Trigrams). The rumor even said that the Baby Gender Prediction Chart had been studied by the Chinese Academy of Sciences Research Center.

Woman's age is the Chinese age.
Woman's Conception Month is the Chinese lunar month.
B stands for boy and blank stands for girl in the chart.

The Chart shows the relationship between Age and Conception Month. The age should be the Chinese age for women. The month should be the Chinese lunar months, using in Ching Dynasty. Chinese use Chinese lunar calendar until 1912, the first year of the Republic of China.

Chinese treat a baby is one year old when it was born. Then they add their age on Chinese New Year Day. If a baby was born on the Chinese New Year Eve day, then the baby becomes two years old on the next day, the Chinese New Year Day.

Chinese New Year Day is the first day of the first new moon day in Chinese Lunar Calendar. The Chinese New Year Day may fall in January or February. It's kind of complicate.
