For example, a person was born on April 6, 1960 at noon in China time zone. The birth chart is Metal Rat Year, Metal Dragon Month, Wooden Rat day. The center-point (Grain Rains) of Dragon month in 1960 is on April 20. So the April 6 is the third of Month of Destiny Palace. From the Horse hour cell, you can find the Destiny Palace is Sheep.
If a person was born on April 23, 1960 at noon in China time zone, then April 23 is the fourth of Month of Destiny. From the Horse hour cell, you can find the Destiny Palace is Horse.
